The University System of Maryland (USM) engages in an open, competitive and inclusive procurement process and fully supports the State of Maryland's efforts to increase opportunities for minority and women owned businesses to conduct business with the State in general and the System in particular.

The purpose of this web page is to improve access to System-wide and institutional information regarding procurement for those who desire to conduct business with the System and its institutions, other procurement organizations and State agencies and for those who seek general information about procurement and the USM.
