ROBERT L. MITCHELL

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mitchell & Best Homebuilders LLC in Bethesda. Has served twice as President of the Maryland State Builders Association. Served as President of the National Association of Home Builders in 2000. Former member of the University System of Maryland's Chancellor's Advisory Council. Received his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. Served as President of the Maryland Terrapin Club in 1997.
