Chairman and CEO of Hoyt Capital Corporation, a Baltimore investment company. Prior to starting Hoyt Capital, was the founder of AMERICOM, the largest privately held technical staffing and handset repair company in the wireless industry, with more than 1200 team members. The company was sold in 2000 to Solectron, a New York Stock Exchange Company. A member of the Board of Directors of Bay National Bank, former chairman of the Towson University Board of Visitors, former vice chairman of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce, former member of the Baltimore County Economic Development Commission. Also serves on the President's Advisory Board at Clemson University. Received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Towson University in 1974. In 1996, awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from his alma mater.
