University of Maryland University College, or UMUC, serves thousands of students in Maryland and worldwide. The university offers bachelor's and master's degrees, a doctoral program, and a multitude of certificate programs. It is the largest public university in the United States offering online and on-site programs, with 130 distinct undergraduate and graduate degree programs available.
